نفذ موظفو أمانة عمان الكبرى اعتصامًا حاشدًا يوم أمس الأحد في ساحة النخيل، احتجاجًا على قرار أمين عمان، يوسف الشواربة، الذي ينص على فصل حساب الراتب الشهري عن المكافآت والعلاوات. هذا القرار، الذي من المقرر أن يدخل حيز التنفيذ اعتبارًا من 1 نوفمبر المقبل، أثار مخاوف جدية بين الموظفين بشأن تأثيراته على رواتبهم التقاعدية.

أوضح الموظفون أن القرار سيؤدي إلى تقليص احتساب الراتب التقاعدي في المؤسسة العامة للضمان الاجتماعي، حيث تُعتبر المكافآت جزءًا أساسيًا من الراتب الإجمالي. وقد قدر الموظفون أن ما يقارب 35% من إجمالي رواتبهم يعتمد على هذه المكافآت، مما يعني أن أي تغيير في طريقة احتسابها سيؤثر بشكل مباشر على مستحقاتهم التقاعدية.
وشدد المعتصمون، خلال حديثهم مع “صراحة نيوز”، على أن هذا الإجراء يبدو كأنه خطوة تهدف إلى تخفيض التكاليف المالية للأمانة، مما يؤدي إلى تحميل الموظفين وأسرهم العبء الأكبر من هذه السياسة. كما أبدوا قلقهم من أن هذا القرار قد يعكس تجاهلًا لحقوقهم واحتياجاتهم الأساسية.
في سياق متصل، طالب الموظفون أمين عمان بالتراجع عن هذا القرار، مؤكدين أنه يلحق الضرر بهم وبعائلاتهم، ويقوض الأمن المالي الذي يعتمدون عليه في المستقبل.
من ناحية أخرى، حاول الناطق الإعلامي للأمانة، ناصر الرحامنة، الدفاع عن القرار، حيث أشار إلى أنه جاء لأغراض تنظيمية بحتة ولا يؤثر على حقوق الموظفين بأي شكل من الأشكال، خاصة فيما يتعلق باحتساب الرواتب التقاعدية لدى الضمان الاجتماعي. ومع ذلك، فإن ردود الفعل من الموظفين تشير إلى انعدام الثقة في هذا التفسير، ويعكس الإصرار على الاستمرار في النضال من أجل حقوقهم.
تظل الأمانة تحت ضغط متزايد من موظفيها، الذين يطالبون بحلٍ عادل يضمن لهم حقوقهم المالية والتقاعدية، وسط مخاوف من تأثيرات هذا القرار على مستقبلهم.
