صراحة نيوز- تواصل الجمعية الأردنية للماراثونات (Run Jordan) استعداداتها لتنظيم النسخة السادسة عشرة من برومين ماراثون عمّان 2026، والمقرر إقامتها يوم الجمعة الموافق 2 تشرين الأول، تحت رعاية سمو الأمير فراس بن رعد المعظم، وبمشاركة عدائين من الأردن وخارجه.
وتحمل نسخة هذا العام أهمية خاصة بعد حصول ماراثون عمّان على World Athletics Road Race Label 2026 من الاتحاد الدولي لألعاب القوى، في إنجاز يعزز حضوره على روزنامة سباقات الطرق الدولية، ويرتبط بمجموعة من المعايير الفنية والتنظيمية التي تعمل الجمعية على تطبيقها ضمن مختلف مراحل السباق.
وفي نسخة تحمل شعار “اركض في قلب عمّان”، تأخذ مسارات الماراثون العدائين عبر عدد من شوارع ومواقع العاصمة، لتصبح المدينة جزءًا من تجربة السباق. وتنطلق سباقات الماراثون الفردي والتتابع لمسافة 42.195 كم، ونصف الماراثون لمسافة 21 كم، عند الساعة السادسة صباحًا من منطقة الساحة الهاشمية، فيما ينطلق الأشخاص ذوو الإعاقة عند الساعة 5:50 صباحًا.
ويمتد المسار عبر عدد من شوارع وسط عمّان، مرورًا بشارع قريش، وشارع علي بن أبي طالب، ومنطقة أمانة عمّان الكبرى، وشارع الملك طلال والمسجد الحسيني وشارع الهاشمي وشارع الجيش، وصولًا إلى مجمع رغدان الجديد، قبل العودة مرورًا بالمدرج الروماني وصولًا إلى الساحة الهاشمية. ويكمل عداؤو الماراثون المسار على أربع لفات، وعداؤو نصف الماراثون على لفتين، فيما يتبادل أعضاء فرق التتابع الأدوار مع نهاية كل لفة.
أما سباق 10 كم، فينطلق عند الساعة التاسعة صباحًا من شارع الملكة عالية مقابل المركز الثقافي الملكي، وعند الساعة 8:50 صباحًا للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، ويمر عبر مجموعة من شوارع العاصمة وصولًا إلى الدوار الرابع وشارع عقبة بن نافع ومنطقة عبدون ووادي عبدون وشارع علي بن أبي طالب وشارع قريش، لينتهي أيضًا في الساحة الهاشمية.
وقالت الآنسة لينا الكرد، المدير العام للجمعية الأردنية للماراثونات: “في كل نسخة نعمل على تطوير تجربة العداء من لحظة التسجيل وحتى الوصول إلى خط النهاية، واليوم يمنحنا التصنيف الدولي دافعًا إضافيًا لمواصلة العمل وفق أعلى المعايير التنظيمية والفنية. كما أن مسارات السباق تمنح المشاركين فرصة للجري في قلب عمّان والمرور بعدد من شوارعها ومواقعها المعروفة، لتكون المدينة نفسها جزءًا من تجربة الماراثون.”
وأضافت الكرد أن الجمعية تعمل بالتنسيق مع الجهات الرسمية والأمنية والرياضية على جاهزية المسارات، والخدمات الطبية ونقاط المياه، وأنظمة التوقيت، وتنظيم حركة المشاركين، بما يضمن تجربة آمنة ومنظمة للعدائين.
ويأتي حصول ماراثون عمّان على التصنيف الدولي ضمن تطور سباقات Run Jordan، حيث حصل كل من ماراثون عمّان ونصف ماراثون البحر الأحمر على World Athletics Road Race Label 2026، بما يدعم حضور سباقات الطرق الأردنية دوليًا ويفتح المجال أمام استقطاب المزيد من العدائين من المنطقة والعالم.
وتشمل النسخة السادسة عشرة الماراثون الفردي لمسافة 42.195 كم، وماراثون التتابع للمسافة ذاتها، ونصف الماراثون لمسافة 21 كم، وسباق 10 كم، إلى جانب الفئات المخصصة للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.
ويستمر التسجيل للمشاركة في برومين ماراثون عمّان 2026 إلكترونيًا عبر الموقع الرسمي لـRun Jordan، أو بالحضور إلى مكتب الجمعية، مع توفير خدمة التوصيل للمسجلين إلكترونيًا.

Bromine Amman Marathon 2026 Prepares for Its 16th Edition in Line with International Standards
Amman, Jordan – September 2026: Run Jordan continues its preparations for the 16th edition of the Bromine Amman Marathon 2026, scheduled to take place on Friday, October 2, under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Firas bin Raad, bringing together runners from Jordan and around the world.
This year’s edition follows the Amman Marathon’s achievement of the World Athletics Road Race Label 2026, strengthening its presence on the international road running calendar and reflecting the technical and organizational standards guiding preparations for the event.
Held under the slogan “Run in the Heart of Amman,” the marathon routes will take runners through some of the capital’s most recognizable streets and landmarks, making the city an integral part of the race experience. The 42.195 km Individual Marathon, Marathon Relay, and 21 km Half Marathon will start at 6:00 AM from the Hashemite Plaza area, while participants with disabilities will start at 5:50 AM.
The route runs through the heart of downtown Amman, passing Quraysh Street, Ali bin Abi Talib Street, the Greater Amman Municipality area, King Talal Street, Al-Husseini Mosque, Al-Hashemi Street and Al-Jaish Street, before reaching the new Raghadan Complex and returning past the Roman Theatre towards the Hashemite Plaza. Marathon runners will complete four laps of the course, Half Marathon runners will complete two, while relay teams will change runners at the end of each lap.
The 10 km Race will start at 9:00 AM from Queen Alia Street, opposite the Royal Cultural Center, with participants with disabilities starting at 8:50 AM. The course will take runners through several parts of the capital, including the Fourth Circle, Oqbah Bin Nafe’ Street, Abdoun, Wadi Abdoun, Ali bin Abi Talib Street and Quraysh Street, before finishing at the Hashemite Plaza.
Ms. Lina El Kurd, General Manager of Run Jordan, said: “With every edition, we work to enhance the runners’ experience from registration through to the finish line. The international label gives us further momentum to continue delivering the event in line with high technical and organizational standards. This year’s routes also give participants the opportunity to run through the heart of Amman and experience some of its most recognizable streets and landmarks, making the city itself part of the marathon experience.”
El Kurd added that Run Jordan is working closely with the relevant official, security, and sporting entities on course readiness, medical services, hydration stations, timing systems, and participant flow to ensure a safe and well-organized experience for all runners.
The Amman Marathon is one of two Run Jordan races to receive the World Athletics Road Race Label 2026, alongside the Red Sea Half Marathon, supporting the growing international presence of Jordan’s road races and creating further opportunities to attract runners from the region and around the world.
The 16th edition will feature the 42.195 km Individual Marathon, 42.195 km Marathon Relay, 21 km Half Marathon, and 10 km Race, in addition to dedicated categories for persons with disabilities.
Registration for the Bromine Amman Marathon 2026 remains open through Run Jordan’s official website or in person at the Run Jordan office. A delivery service is also available for participants who register online.
